Job Description
- Deliver high-quality technical support to customers.
- Conduct online product demos and customer training sessions.
- Gather and analyze requirements from clients effectively.
- Respond to RFI (Request for Information) requests and ensure timely follow-up with contacts.
- Provide Proof of Concept (POC) demonstrations to prospective leads.
- Deliver accurate and timely technical solutions to customers.
- Willingness to work in night shifts.
Who We’re Looking For
- Excellent command over written and spoken English.
- Minimum 6 months or more experience in a client-facing role.
- Experience in providing phone-based support to customers in the USA or UK.
- Flexible to work night shifts and willing to relocate if needed.
- Strong enthusiasm and ability to learn new technologies.
