Description

GlobalLogic is seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Product Support Engineer transitioning from a Machine Learning development background into a client-facing, product-focused support role. This role offers a unique opportunity for professionals with a strong foundation in AI/ML and cloud technologies to apply their technical expertise in diagnosing, resolving, and guiding the use of cutting-edge AI/ML products and services.

Requirements

  • Strong foundation in compute fundamentals including operating systems, virtualization, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and basic system administration.
  • Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms offering AI/ML services (any cloud provider acceptable).
  • Applied knowledge of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) with familiarity in tools like Vertex AI, Gemini, or Dialogflow.
  • Experience in machine learning model development, deployment, and lifecycle management.
  • Proficiency in modern AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX, or Ray.
  • Understanding of model architectures (encoders, decoders, transformers) and accelerators (GPUs, TPUs).
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills with a passion for customer success in AI solutions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide L2 technical support for AI/ML products and services hosted on cloud platforms.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve product-related issues such as model performance, API integration, deployment, and infrastructure failures.
  • Guide customers on best practices for deploying and optimizing AI/ML workloads using Vertex AI, Gemini, and Dialogflow.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering, QA, and product teams to resolve escalations and contribute to product enhancement.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Stay up to date on evolving technologies in Generative AI, LLMs, and cloud-native ML tools.
