Job Summary

Join Tech Mahindra as a Customer Support Associate in our International Voice Process (Work From Office) team. You will interact with global customers, handle queries, and ensure excellent service delivery.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide customer support via phone calls for international customers in English.
• Resolve customer queries and requests effectively and efficiently.
• Manage customer expectations to ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Document customer interactions accurately for review and follow-up.
• Use computing and technical tools to address customer inquiries.
• Review customer feedback regularly and implement service improvements.
• Guide customers through processes and company services.

Job Brief

• Handle customer issues, inquiries, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Provide multilingual support through phone, email, or chat as needed.
• Identify and escalate complaints requiring supervisor assistance.
• Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer queries.
• Maintain updated and accurate customer database records.

Qualification and Experience

• Any Graduate – Freshers eligible.
• 12th Pass with minimum 6 months of BPO (Customer Service) experience.

Shift and Allowances

• 5 Days Working (2 Rotational Week Offs).
• US Rotational Graveyard Shifts with Split Week Offs.
• 9.5 Hours Shift (including 1-hour break).
• Both-side cab service available within transport boundary.
• Maximum Age Limit: 40 Years.
