How You’ll Make an Impact
- Create new tools to improve analysis and validation capabilities.
- Enhance existing tools and methods for better performance and scalability.
- Develop a collaborative framework enabling users to contribute to tool development.
- Set up and manage test environments for developed tools.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or equivalent field.
- Proven programming proficiency in Python with a focus on clean, structured, and well-documented code.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Basic understanding of FEA methods or tools such as ANSYS Workbench (a plus, not required).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills for fast-paced R&D collaboration.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and an analytical mindset.
