What Will You Do?

• Develop and enhance Odoo apps and modules.
• Work directly on the product — from frameworks to UI improvements.
• Contribute to public Open Source code and the global Odoo community.
• Be part of projects that impact millions of users worldwide.
• Explore multiple domains: app development, framework, security, DevOps, SaaS, and more.
• Switch between projects and teams for diverse exposure and learning.

After 3 weeks of initial training, you’ll choose from one of our 15+ R&D teams (150+ developers) to work on exciting real-world projects.

Tech Stack

• Programming Languages: Python & JavaScript
• Database: PostgreSQL (Object Relational Mapping)
• Collaboration: GitHub
• Framework: Odoo (ORM, Workflows, BI, AI, Report Engine)

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve Odoo apps and frameworks.
• Write efficient, clean, and maintainable code.
• Take ownership of the modules you build.
• Collaborate with the team to innovate and improve features.

Must Have

• BE/B.Tech in IT, CS, MCA, or MSc IT (or equivalent).
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages.
• Strong grasp of object-oriented programming.
• Passion for development and open source.
• Available for a 6-month full-time internship (5 days/week).
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Nice to Have

• Contributions to Open Source projects.
• Experience with Unix/Linux environments.
• Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.
• Experience using GitHub.
