Role Overview
As a Customer Associate, you will be the first point of contact for Wipro’s customers, handling inquiries and providing accurate support across multiple channels. The role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
This position also supports women candidates and women returning to work.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about Wipro products and services.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.
- Maintain records of all customer interactions using CRM software.
- Work efficiently across blended processes (phone/email/chat) to ensure smooth query resolution.
- Support 24/7 rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0–1 year of experience in a customer-facing role (BPO, call center, or similar).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with blended processes and CRM tools.
- Commitment to customer satisfaction and professional conduct.
