Job Summary

As a Software Engineer (Development / Testing), you will be part of a dynamic technology team responsible for designing, building, testing, and supporting critical projects. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that align with Sutherland’s digital-first approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Team: Create, maintain, and implement software projects across development, testing, and support functions.
  • Translate Requirements: Work with product owners and stakeholders to convert business needs into executable timelines.
  • Drive Efficiency: Identify and execute process improvements for sustainable and efficient operations.
  • Lead with Expertise: Ensure successful transfer of domain knowledge and support teammates with technical mentoring.
  • Monitor and Report: Track project activities and communicate timely updates to stakeholders.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay current with emerging technologies, identify automation opportunities, and enhance process quality.
  • Build Relationships: Collaborate effectively with clients, peers, and leaders to achieve common objectives.
  • Uphold Quality: Maintain service excellence and ensure customer satisfaction through proactive performance management.

Eligibility & Qualifications

  • Education: BE / BTech (CSE, IT), B.Sc (Computers), BCA, MCA, or other degrees in Computing / IT preferred.
  • Domain: Experience in Healthcare IT or IT Services Delivery is an advantage.
  • Experience: Relevant experience in software development, testing, or IT operations.
