Key Responsibilities

As an ASE, you will:

Design, build, test, and configure applications based on business requirements.
Analyze and understand business drivers to deliver solutions that meet performance and usability expectations.
Integrate emerging technologies and automation to improve existing solutions.
Participate in the development of new functionality and enhancements to current systems.
Resolve incidents and support customers via email, chat, voice, or remote sessions.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery.

Candidates with the following technical skills will have an added advantage:

ABAP Development on HANA, CDS, AMDP, and Performance Analysis
Salesforce configuration and customization
Java/J2EE and full-stack development experience
.NET (ASP.NET/ASP.NET MVC) development knowledge
Experience in test automation and quality engineering

Test Automation Engineering (Optional Path)

For candidates interested in test automation roles, key responsibilities include:

Designing test processes, test data, and scenarios for usability testing.
Applying testing standards and methodologies for software validation.
Preparing and analyzing test reports and defect documentation.
Collaborating with development teams to ensure product quality.

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for the ASE role, candidates must meet the following:

Education: B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech, MCA, or M.Sc (CS/IT/Computer Applications/Data Science).
Year of Graduation: Up to 2024.
No active backlogs at the time of application or onboarding.
Must have completed degree within the standard duration (no education gaps).
Maximum 23 months of full-time experience allowed.
Must not have appeared for the Accenture recruitment process in the last three months.
Must hold Indian citizenship (Bhutan and Nepal nationals are eligible without a work visa; others require a valid visa or OCI/PIO card).

Assessment Process

The Accenture recruitment process includes multiple stages:

1. Mock Assessment

Duration: 20 minutes
Purpose: To verify system setup and simulate the actual assessment environment.
Mandatory before proceeding to main assessments.

2. Cognitive and Technical Assessment

Duration: 90 minutes

Cognitive Section (50 questions):

English ability
Critical thinking and problem-solving
Abstract reasoning

Technical Section (40 questions):

Common Applications and MS Office
Pseudocode
Fundamentals of Networking, Security, and Cloud

Note: Results are shared immediately after completion.

Only those who clear this round move on to the next stage.

3. Coding Assessment

Duration: 45 minutes
Number of Questions: 2
Languages Allowed: C, C++, .NET, Java, or Python
Objective: To assess logical thinking and coding proficiency.

4. Communication Assessment

Duration: 30 minutes
Conducted separately via email invitation.
Assesses:

Sentence mastery
Vocabulary
Fluency
Pronunciation

5. Interviews

Candidates shortlisted after the assessments will be invited for technical and HR interviews.
