Work You’ll Do
As part of the Talent Acquisition team at Deloitte India, you’ll manage end-to-end hiring for specific business units and help shape our people strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Source potential candidates through professional networks and online platforms.
- Ensure effective utilization of all sourcing channels for both active and passive talent.
- Maintain transparent and timely communication throughout the candidate journey.
- Use accurate job descriptions and structured interview frameworks.
- Assess candidate fitment ensuring internal parity and consistency.
- Engage with shortlisted candidates through the offer and onboarding process.
- Leverage the existing talent pipeline to meet ongoing hiring needs.
Requirements
- Critical thinker with a questioning mindset and curiosity for improvement.

- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
