Eligibility Criteria
- B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent degree.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–6 months experience.
- Strong logical and mathematical reasoning.
- Excellent verbal and written English skills.
Terms of Employment
- Temporary full-time contract for 6 months.
- No employment bond during training period.
- If converted to full-time, a 2-year employment contract applies from the date of joining.

- Technical Round 1
- Final Round with Sr. Director & HR
- Shortlisted candidates must attend the in-person interview in Hyderabad.
Role Summary
As a Trainee Low Code No Code Developer, your primary focus will be learning the client BPMN platform and completing the certification successfully. You’ll work under a senior developer, participate in real projects, and contribute to automation-based solutions using Gradious’ partner platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and achieve BPMN Developer Certification within 6 months.
- Collaborate with senior developers on live client projects.
- Participate in client discussions to understand business and technical needs.
- Assist in designing, developing, and implementing automation-based software solutions.
- Contribute to building APIs and relational data models.
- Support clients in adopting and managing their own process applications.
- Review business process and technical documents.
- Be proactive—ask questions, stay curious, and continuously learn.
Desired Technical Skills
- Basic knowledge of databases & SQL.
- UI fundamentals using HTML & CSS.
- Understanding of APIs and web services.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Awareness of performance and load testing principles.
Behavioral Traits
- Curious and eager to learn new technologies.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Problem-solving mindset.
- Not inclined toward full-stack roles (focused interest in low code platforms).
- Proactive and confident in interacting with peers and trainers.
