What You’ll Do
- Design, build, test, and configure applications using business requirements.
- Understand business drivers and deliver software that meets performance expectations.
- Incorporate technology trends into solutions and contribute to automation and innovation.
- Participate in development, testing, and integration of new functionalities.
- Deliver high-quality code, participate in peer reviews, and take ownership of solutions.
- Support infrastructure operations and manage IT production systems and services.

Specialization: Test Automation Engineering
- Create test designs, processes, test cases, and test data.
- Apply functional and business knowledge to ensure quality testing outcomes.
- Design and execute usability testing scenarios.
- Prepare detailed reports related to software testing activities.
- Analyze test results and provide feedback to the development team.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Any Engineering stream – B.E/B.Tech, M.E/M.Tech, MBA, PGDBA, PGDBM, MCA, or M.Sc (CS/IT/Computer Applications/Data Science/Computer Science & Applications) – any year of pass-out until 2024.
- Academic Requirements: No active backlogs during application or onboarding.
- Experience: Candidates must have less than 23 months of full-time experience.
- Previous Attempts: Should not have appeared for Accenture’s recruitment assessment/interview process in the last three months.
- Course Duration: Candidates must have completed their degree within the stipulated duration (e.g., a 4-year B.Tech must be completed in 4 years).
- Citizenship: Must have Indian citizenship.
- Bhutan and Nepal nationals can work in India without a work visa. All other foreign nationals require a valid work visa, OCI, or PIO card to work in India.
- Qualification Consideration: Only the highest educational qualification will be considered.
- Gender: Open to Male and Female candidates.
Assessment Process
If you meet the eligibility criteria, you will receive an email invitation to attend the online assessments. The assessment process is conducted in multiple stages and must be completed within the scheduled timelines.
🧩 Mock Assessment
- A 20-minute mock/practice assessment will be provided.
- This assessment is mandatory to ensure your system meets all technical requirements (hardware, software, and internet).
- It helps you get familiar with the platform and question format.
🧠 Assessment #1: Cognitive and Technical Assessment
- Duration: 90 minutes
- The assessment includes 50 Cognitive and 40 Technical questions.
Cognitive Assessment Includes:
- English Ability
- Critical Thinking and Problem Solving
- Abstract Reasoning
Technical Assessment Includes:
- Common Applications and MS Office
- Pseudocode
- Fundamentals of Networking, Security, and Cloud
After completing the Cognitive and Technical Assessment, the Coding Assessment will begin immediately. Candidates are advised to remain seated and complete the coding test without interruption. Failure to participate in the subsequent rounds will result in termination of candidature.
💻 Assessment #2: Coding Assessment
- Duration: 45 minutes
- Includes 2 coding questions to be solved using any of the following programming languages:
- C
- C++
- .NET
- Java
- Python
🗣️ Assessment #3: Communication Assessment
- Duration: Approximately 30 minutes
- You will receive a separate email with the timeline and login details.
- The communication test evaluates your skills in:
- Sentence Mastery
- Vocabulary
- Fluency
- Pronunciation
🎯 Final Round: Interview
Candidates who successfully clear all assessments will be invited for the final interview stage. This round evaluates overall technical aptitude, communication skills, and role suitability.
