Job Description

As a Trainee Software Engineer, you will work alongside experienced developers to build, test, and deploy scalable software solutions. You’ll gain hands-on experience with full-stack Java development, cloud integration, and modern software engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain software using Java Full Stack technologies.
• Apply object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts and data structures in real-world projects.
• Work with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Contribute to frontend development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Assist in building backend systems with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Multithreading.
• Use version control tools like Git for collaborative development.
• Integrate and consume RESTful APIs for application functionality.
• Follow Agile or Scrum methodologies for project execution.
• Participate in code reviews, documentation, and team discussions.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of software development fundamentals.
• Excellent analytical and logical problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of web services and modern software architectures.

Eligibility & Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 70% aggregate throughout academics.
• Eligible batches: 2023, 2024, and 2025.
