Role Overview
We’re opening our first-ever office in India and looking for a talented Software Engineer to help build the infrastructure powering real-time, multimodal intelligence.
What You'll Do
- Design and build low-latency, scalable, and reliable model inference and serving systems for SSM foundation models.
- Collaborate closely with research and product teams to turn cutting-edge research into production-grade experiences.
- Develop high-performance data processing and evaluation pipelines for large-scale model training.
- Shape product direction and directly influence how AI is deployed across devices and applications.
What You'll Bring
- Strong engineering fundamentals and ability to navigate complex codebases and monorepos.
- Clean coding practices and attention to maintainable, high-quality software design.
- Experience with distributed systems emphasizing performance, reliability, and observability.
- Comfort with backend technologies like Go and Python, and Next.js for frontend development.
- Technical leadership with a bias for execution in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
