Role Overview
We are seeking highly skilled Data Scientists & Analysts proficient in Python to join our ambitious team driving the future of AI innovation. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals who enjoy building data-driven solutions and working on state-of-the-art AI research and commercial projects.
You will work with top U.S. companies to design, analyze, and optimize AI models. The role involves developing efficient Python code, conducting data analysis from public and private datasets, fixing bugs, and preparing comprehensive documentation. Clear communication with researchers, logical reasoning in Jupyter Notebooks, and strong business acumen are key to success.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain efficient, high-quality Python code for AI model training and optimization.
- Conduct performance evaluations (Evals) and analyze benchmarking results for continuous improvement.
- Evaluate and rank AI model outputs across various domains based on predefined quality metrics.
- Develop well-reasoned explanations for evaluations and demonstrate strong analytical skills.
- Lead supervised fine-tuning (SFT) tasks, building and maintaining high-quality datasets.
- Collaborate with researchers on Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF) and reward model tuning.
- Design innovative evaluation strategies to ensure alignment with user needs and ethical standards.
- Refine AI responses to improve clarity, relevance, and technical accuracy.
- Conduct peer reviews of code and documentation; provide constructive feedback.
- Work cross-functionally with engineers and researchers to improve model and system performance.
- Continuously explore and integrate modern tools, libraries, and data techniques into workflows.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python and data analysis libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib).
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strong business sense.
- Experience working with large datasets and performing exploratory data analysis (EDA).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly articulate technical findings.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- A passion for AI and a desire to make a significant impact in the field.
