🔧 Jr. Trainee Technician | Mrald (Mphasis)
Role Overview
The Junior Trainee Technician – Premium Processing supports the day-to-day activities of the PP team by ensuring high-quality and timely service delivery to our clients. This role contributes directly to the operational efficiency of Mrald’s UK insurance services, adhering to agreed SLAs and KPIs while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all assigned premium processing tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Raise queries and escalate issues to Senior Technicians when needed.
- Assist in meeting SLAs and KPIs set by the team and management.
- Actively participate in feedback sessions and personal development activities.
- Comply with company policies, audit requirements, and risk management procedures.
- Complete all required training and compliance assessments successfully.
Skills & Experience
Must Have
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
- Awareness of insurance processes and their business importance.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong learning aptitude and attention to detail.
Preferred
- Prior experience in the financial or insurance services industry.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Interest in building a career in global insurance operations and processing.
