Job Description

GradGuide is seeking a passionate Full Stack Web Developer to join our team in Andheri, Mumbai. You will be working on cutting-edge applications, integrating AI frameworks, and collaborating with product and design teams to build impactful web experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications using React / Next.js on the frontend.
  • Build and manage backend services using FastAPI or Node.js.
  • Integrate AI frameworks / APIs into existing systems for intelligent automation.
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to create seamless user experiences.
  • Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of applications.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of JavaScript / TypeScript.
  • Hands-on experience with React.js or Next.js.
  • Proficiency in FastAPI (Python) or Node.js (Express).
  • Understanding of REST APIs, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and database design (SQL/NoSQL).
  • Basic familiarity with AI tools, APIs, or frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, TensorFlow, etc.).
  • Comfortable with Git and collaborative development workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Docker, AWS, or other cloud platforms.
  • UI/UX awareness and attention to design details.
  • Previous experience working in a startup or small agile team.
