Job Description

As a Customer Care Executive for the Inbound US Voice Process with a focus on Sales and Upselling, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to customers in the United States while increasing revenue through effective upselling and product promotion. You will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring satisfaction and promoting suitable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from US-based customers professionally and courteously.
• Listen actively and identify customer needs, concerns, and opportunities.
• Provide accurate product and service information, pricing, and promotions.
• Handle objections and resolve concerns empathetically to close sales.
• Document all customer interactions and inquiries in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales and upselling targets.
• Stay updated on company products, services, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Previous customer service or sales experience (call center preferred).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and quick-thinking skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Flexibility for rotational shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred).
